Untitled

James Haunt

Street artist James Haunt was chosen to paint a mural for Long Beach Walls (FKA POW! WOW! Long Beach) 2016. The mural is located in North Long Beach. Inspired by the area’s diversity, Haunt painted a detailed representation of the Mexican flag. The blue eagle dominates the wall and in the background the artist painted a halo around the bird and some cactus. The powerful symbol of the eagle with the snake in its mouth is a reminder of the rich cultural heritage of Mexico.
