Community Project Grants
The Arts Council supports the exemplary artistic, cultural and arts educational projects and programs of arts and cultural organizations in Long Beach through the Community Project Grants program.
The Community Project Grant program supports the exemplary artistic, cultural and arts educational projects and programs of arts and cultural organizations in Long Beach. Through Community Project Grant programs, the Arts Council for Long Beach partners with arts and cultural organizations. Community Project Grants range from $1,000 to $5,000.
In addition to the Arts Council’s existing Community Project Grants, the Long Beach Recovery Act also allocated additional funding for community projects through the Creative Economy Grants Program. Applicants can apply for both through one application.
- Community Project Grants: These grants will support one-time projects by arts, cultural and historical organizations in Long Beach, through ArtsLB’s existing Community Project guidelines.
Grant applications open Monday, May 2, 2022. The deadline the 2022-2023 grant cycle is Thursday, July 7, 2022.
