Council District 7

The Los Angeles River runs right through Council District 7 almost dividing it in half. Neighborhoods in this area include Arlington, Upper, Lower, and South Westside, Wrigley Heights, North and South Wrigley, and part of the Port of Long Beach.

Council District 7 has steadily supported the creation of public artworks in its district through partner initiatives with the Arts Council for Long Beach such as the 7 for 7 mural project.
