Serenity Now

Steve Elicker

The park includes magnificent 10′ iron gates designed and fabricated by Lisa Jacobs and Tom Walker, a platform stage inlaid in its entirety with crushed blue glass and tiny blue glass sculptures of butterflies by Steve Elicker and ironwood tables and benches by Koji Wakayoshi. The park is landscaped with native and drought-tolerant species, climbing vines and a winding pathway by the Cicchetti Weir Collaborative. These functional, artistic elements were designed to work together to create a tranquil, reflective space for park users.
