Homage to Kenn Glenn

Anonymous

Midway through the eight weeks of the Symposium, a group of the student apprentices, encouraged by J.J. Beljon, asked permission to use some of the large timbers not earmarked for other projects. During their free time, the students designed and constructed a 15 ton, 12 feet high, 44 feet long sculpture of heavy timbers bound with steel straps. The sculpture was dedicated to CSULB Professor of Sculpture Kenn Glenn, Director of the Symposium.
