Grand Prix and Leopard Shark

Hataya Tubtim

The organic shape of the Leopard Sharks contours itself well to the shape of the Formula 1 racecars that rev laps at the annual Long Beach Grand Prix. Both can be thought of as reflections of one another in their smooth and sleek qualities, reminiscent of Long Beach’s 1930s Streamline Moderne architecture. Seems that Long Beach has a fascination with speed.
