George Floyd, memorialized from a widely circulated image of him, is front and center under arched “BLM” text done in yellow and red. Juan Nambo’s, Maria’s, and Erica Elena Esquivel’s decision to use a bright blue background contrasts the purple hues of which Floyd is painted. A variety of flowers adorn the remaining spaces of the panels as a means to represent peace, love, and hope.
