Mediating between the public and private realms of the City, this sculpture forms the entry to a residential and retail development along three blocks of Ocean Boulevard. Recalling the roller coasters of the historical amusement park, which once dominated the City skyline, a 400-inch arbor dips and soars between the boulevard and the new development framing Victory Park. Large lighting sculptures comprised of stainless steel and woven fiber optic cables flank the entry and highlight a new retail environment.
