Third-grade students from Willard Elementary showed off their moves during a Latin dance performance on Friday, March 4. The students have been participating in a six-week multicultural dance curriculum made possible through the Arts Council’s Passport to the Arts program. A photographer from the Press-Telegram was at the performance to capture the moment.
