Since the re-opening of the Collaborative (421 Broadway), the Arts Council wants to make the space a place for local artists. As part of the mission of the re-imagined space, we will be conducting a call for curators. We think collectives are also a big part of the success of the call as they are supporting and developing artists of all genres. Our goal for this Open Conversation is to provide a networking opportunity for artists and curators and to better understand the needs of our artist community.

On Monday, April 30 from 6–8 p.m. join the Arts Council and local collectives: ART REALM, ChicaNeo Collective, the Collective Print Studio, FA4 Collective, FLOOD, and Squeeze Art Collective for an Open Conversation with collectives, artists, and curators.

The conversation takes place at the Collaborative Gallery (421 Broadway). Validated parking is available in the parking structure of Gallery 421 Apartments.
