The Orale Community Art Project highlights the traditions, stories, and practices passed on from one immigrant generation to another. The project explores the collective and essential contributions immigrant communities of color have in our lives while expanding on who they are as individuals. The exhibit will showcase the series of community art workshops, photo portrait sessions, and interviews with participants. It will also highlighting the visual narratives created by our participants with works on paper display, video display, and photo display.
