On Feb, 28th 6-9PM Loiter Galleries,, along with co-curator Rejeana Black, will host an inspiring group show celebrating black artists in honor of Black History Month.

The group exhibit, “Beyond the Frame,” will feature established artists side by side with emerging talents, brought together to celebrate the great resilience and innovation of the Black Community.

Mediums for Beyond the Frame include dynamic paintings; vibrant mixed media collages; brilliant illustrations and photography, eco -”chic” high fashion pieces, plus film and video experiences. The Mixed media collages are designed to both challenge and uplift, while the immersive film/video components help complement the thought-provoking photography.

Featured artists for Beyond the Frame include AJ Black, James Brooks, Teylor Caesar, CJ, Monica Fleming, Raven Irabor and Sam Mcknight, Rae Rose, and Jillian Thompson. This show was thoughtfully co-curated by Rejeana Black.
