Nicky da Kiid˚ (of kid˚MANDU) presents a container for healing & introspection through the use of watercolor pigments on paper. First, we begin with a somatic check-in on mind, body and Spirit. Next, we take this sacred information into our own versions of painting a Tree. We finish up by sharing our work and painting a few new leaves.
