Council District 5

Boasting the 400-acre El Dorado Regional Park, Council District 5 also encompasses the neighborhoods of Lakewood Village, Plaza West, Plaza East, Rancho Estates, El Dorado Park North, El Dorado Park South, Los Altos North, El Dorado Park Estates, Imperial Estates, and El Dorado Lakes.

“Bay of Smoke,” a mosaic created by Patrick Mohr, depicts several stages of Long Beach’s development from pictographs and painted images of the Chumash to the incorporation of aviation in Long Beach.
