The Offbeat Rolo

My name is Rolo, and I am an artist living in Long Beach, California. I started drawing as a child and never really stopped. I went to Humboldt State University where I focused mainly on metal work (jewelry and sculpture). It was there I got so much inspiration and base most of my art on organic shapes and colors I observed there. I work full time as a jeweler’s assistant now, but my real passion is still drawing. I have recently translated this into fabric and embroidery arts. My goal in producing art is to make the world a prettier place and ultimately encourage creativity and imagination in others.
