She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts Education from Cal State University Long Beach, and is on her way to completing a Waldorf Teaching Credential.
Pursuing an Arts Education degree through CSULB empowered her to become well versed in the many modalities and mediums of artistic process, paired with a sturdy foundation in educational philosophies. As a visual artist she explores the relationships between healing, stories, color and vibration. Through portraiture, fiber arts and sculpture work she delves into the experience of the individual finding places of peace and moments of contemplation.
As a performer she pays homage to her Hawaiian and Aztecan lineage through elemental fire ceremony. She is the co-founder of fire performance troupe Primal Element, which brings flow arts workshops to various events and facilitates sacred fire within various spaces.
