The Tree Huggers (2025)
Watercolors, 19x15.5". Currently on exhibit in Art Clout's juried show, "Love and hate" at Metropolitan Design, this piece expresses my love for trees and hate for the environmental destruction we are causing. It was inspired by a trip to the General Sherman Tree in Sequoia National Park.

Maybe Methuselah (2024)
Oils, 16x16" The Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest in California is home to the world's oldest tree, the Methuselah Tree, which is over 5,000 years old The identity of the tree is kept a secret to prevent vandalism, but I thought maybe it is this one.

White Forest Trail (2024)
Oils, 12x12". This is part of a series of paintings I made after a trip to the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest in California, home to the world's oldest trees. I hiked a 5 mile trail, photographing and painting trees along the way.
