Long Beach Community Band

Established in 1947, the Long Beach Community Band brings local musicians of all skill levels together to enrich the greater Long Beach community, providing challenging performance opportunities for adult musicians who otherwise would not have a large ensemble opportunity, while also making music accessible to diverse audiences in free performances at civic events, patriotic and holiday celebrations, and concerts in formal venues and Long Beach parks.
