JEN DESSINGER

Jen Dessinger is a Long Beach native and accomplished photographer and filmmaker. Her style marries a raw, intimate style with a focus on uplifting and empowering the subjects that she shoots.

She graduated from the prestigious Art Center College of Design, after honing her skills in the darkrooms of Long Beach City College. She then moved to New York City where she shot for clients such as Calvin Klein, Virgin United, and Australian Vogue. After over a  decade on the East Coast she returned to back home to work on a documentary film project on the eccentric Long Beach band, Suburban Lawns.
