Dirty Frequencies
Dirty Frequencies is the dynamic collaboration of singer-songwriter Alaska Black and guitarist-producer Robert O’Neill. Meeting in California, the duo found instant creative chemistry, blending Alaska Black’s soulful and jazzy tones with Robert’s punk rock roots. Drummer Nate Sanders was brought on board early in the recording process along with singer, guitarist and bassist, Jack Campbell. The Fantastic Four have been writing, recording and playing live ever since. Their debut EP, Let the Silence Speak, is a sonic exploration of psychedelic indie rock, brimming with haunting melodies and layered textures.
Drawing influences from artists like Radiohead, PJ Harvey, and Paramore, Dirty Frequencies create a soundscape that is both atmospheric and emotionally raw. The EP’s lead track, Athena, sets the tone with its evocative lyrics and immersive instrumentation, showcasing the seamless interplay of their distinct musical backgrounds.
