While he has spent the greater part of four decades developing his own sound, his music is not without a tasteful backdrop of influence from the likes of Paul Simon, James Taylor, Jim Croce, and Willie Nelson to name just a few. His wide-ranging influences find its way into his solo material, and as a result, his solo acoustic sets are hard to pigeonhole.
