Loiter Galleries presents, “BE THE LIGHT, ” a new and exciting format for downtown Long Beach: A Storefront Art Illumination show. This vibrant and colorful exhibition will be viewed solely from the sidewalk outside of 375 Prome-nade North , and will provide a delightful parade of colorful creatures for passersby. It’s a continuation of Loiter Galleries and the DTLB Alliance’s shared mission to fill vacant storefronts with art and optimism. Opening night is November 30 at 5 pm –

The animation for “Be the Light,” called “The Parade,” is a collaboration be-tween the Fox, The Folks; Kati Angelov; and the Cypress College Media Arts Design department. Projection installation is by Kati Angelov and Abdul Meelar.

Be The Light” was commissioned by the DTLB Alliance and Mosaic downtown Long Beach. This illumination show will come alive on November 30, at 5 p.m -9PM., and will run nightly 4:30 PM until midnight, through the New Year.
