Who Hurt You offers a brave and supportive space for survivors to explore and express their emotional truths. Participants will learn to use poetic techniques like erasure and found text to transform their pain into powerful art, fostering healing and resilience. This workshop space is designed for women, girls, and nonbinary folks who are survivors of online-based NCP, NCII, harassment, and bullying. sensual pornography—the violation, the betrayal, the resilience it takes to keep moving forward. NCP, or nonconsensual pornography, involves the distribution of explicit images or videos without your consent, often with the intention to harm or exploit.

A licensed therapist will be present during the session as additional support.
