Richard H. Grant

I want to tell the stories of the members of our community the best way I know how, from behind a camera lens.

I fell in love with photography as soon as I pick up a “real” camera for the first time, and I realized it was a passion I needed to foster, so I dove in headfirst and tried to learn as much as possible, as quickly as possible. My most impactful work has been covering protests in Long Beach. Still, I also try to tell the stories of small businesses and community organizations looking to make a positive impact on their communities, no matter how small or niche.
