My intention is to create work that is funny or beautiful, as well as thought provoking and visually intriguing. I make art to make sense out of the events that occur in or affect my life. Although my work is figurative and narrative in appearance, it is not my intention to tell a particular story, but to create an emotional setting or mood wherein viewers can contemplate their own feelings and ideas.
