Join us for Widening Skies, a two-day pop-up exhibition featuring an experimental body of work developed during a six-month Educational Assistantship Program at The Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, Montana. Dana August, a graduate of CSULB with a BFA in Drawing and Painting, has created this collection, which explores the ceramic medium while maintaining a focus on themes from her drawing and painting background. The show will include both functional and non-functional ware utilizing pattern, decoration, and abstraction. The collection also showcases the expansion of material and technical abilities she acquired at The Archie Bray. Hope to see you there!
