The AOC7 Neighborhood Association is selecting artists from the Arts Council for Long Beach Artist Registry to submit proposals for a utility box project along Anaheim St. Select artists will be invited to create an original artwork proposal with the theme A River Connects Us in mind. Eight utility boxes will be completed by vinyl wrapping the high-resolution artworks files.
