The award-winning Love My Neighbor Project by Alexey Steele was created in the City of Carson and delivered grass roots impact in it’s most difficult neighbourhood, the infamous “Scottsdale,” where then Carson councilmember Gipson was championing the effort by the city to bring positive change.
