The Long Beach Arts and Culture Registry and the Arts Council of Long Beach shall not be responsible for any content found on the Long Beach Arts and Culture Registry, and expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. There shall be no warranty that the Long Beach Arts and Culture Registry will be timely, secure, error free, or meet your requirements; nor does Long Beach Arts and Culture Registry make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of Long Beach Arts and Culture Registry or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through Long Beach Arts and Culture Registry.
