My mother enrolled me in an art class when I was 4 years old. I was hooked. My grandpa spent many hours quenching my desire to learn to draw. He was an artist and believed in me. I went on to art classes at local museums. This exposed me to all types of art mediums to learn and all types of art. I continued to take private art lessons when there were no museums. This was all thru high school. Making art, seeing art, has been rooted in me from the beginning.
