I enjoy my craft because it creates a certain permanence and personalness to something that deserves to be observed. Random moments that can create more meaning than they actually have, that allows me to show something in a certain light. It gives me the ability to explain why a certain moment should exist forever.
Everybody is always telling a story, whether they know it or not. I strive to tell stories about everyone in ways that are observant and unobtrusive, yet aware of time passing in each moment. This is my goal in all my work, whether it be in narrative short films, music videos, or documentary.
