Provides administrative and program support to management and other professional personnel and assists with the development, coordination, and implementation of specialized Arts Commission and Ford Theatres programs and services.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinates and assists with the development and the implementation of goals, objectives, and program policies.
Analyzes and interprets program, policy, operational, organizational and related matters to develop viable recommendations to address program deficiencies and to maximize program effectiveness.
Provides administrative financial management support by tracking budget expenditures; developing and administering service agreements; tracking grant applications, awards, and contracts; and maintaining an accounting system and financial records including encumbrances and invoices to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Commission policies, procedures and guidelines.
Prepares project status and administrative reports utilizing the project database and accounting system.
Coordinates assigned phases in the development and implementation of individual Commission programs and projects.
Works with other County staff and program professionals, contractors and outside entities, and interfaces with operations and administrative units.
Prepares and publishes program meeting agendas and minutes; schedules and coordinates meetings; maintains program files; and responds to requests for program information.
