Make Music Day is traditionally a free celebration of music around the world held on June 21st – the Summer Solstice. Launched in France 1982 as Fête de la Musique, celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year, it is held on the same day in more than 750 cities in 120 countries.

Make Music Long Beach – Wednesday, June 21 2023, is promoted by Art of Song, joining in the international celebration of Make Music Day, and encouraging local performing artists and local businesses to match up with each other and celebrate the diversity of music.
