I was born and raised in Southern California. My mother who also is an artist noticed I had artistic ability and nurtured it.
I am a published artist with works in three different books
I have volunteered teaching children art.
I paint, draw, and illustrate. My favorite style of illustration is pointillism in pen and ink.
My heart belongs to murals. In 2014 I created my first mural at the Wine Mess liquor store off of Hermosa and Broadway and since then I’ve created murals throughout the Long Beach and Seal Beach areas. I was given the name Karrtune Kreyawn by friends due to the style of my art which tends to lean towards the creative cartoon style. Also I created a mural on a 30-foot vinyl banner which hangs behind home plate at Cabrillo High School baseball field in Long Beach.
I’ve been in magazines and displayed my art in coffee houses and galleries.
My most current works are creating art on LP vinyls for the owner of the World Famous VIP record store Kelvin Anderson and display my works of art at the Expo Gallery in Bixby Knolls.
One of my hobbies is to strip old skateboard decks, sand them and paint art creations and sell them.
I’ve been in magazine and have done Art demonstrations at the Orange County Fair.
