On Wednesday, December 9, from 5–6:30 p.m., the Arts Council for Long Beach’s monthly Open Conversations event will be at the Main Library’s “Studio” makerspace! The Studio serves as a community workspace where people can meet, socialize, innovate and collaborate using technology and resources.

The Studio boasts three 3-D printers, a MakerBot Digitizer, iMac and HP computers with Adobe Creative Suite 6, SketchUp 2014, Final Cut Pro X, a printing press, rubber stamps, a zine library and more. Everything is free to the public.

At our event, Studio staff will give an in-depth tour of the space and services and answer all of your questions. Don’t miss it – this space is quite the resource!

The Studio is located on the lower level of the Main Library in Downtown, at 101 Pacific Ave. 90802.
