Living Arts Long Beach will give you real life-creative-job skills you need to succeed and connect you to professional artists who have careers in the arts. These guest artists will train you through spoken words, graphic design and other creative outlets that will gain you insight and exposure on how to take charge of your life in the world of art.
There will be 12 meetings, all taken place every other week (unless noted). Guest artists will share and assist you in developing various skills to pursue a career in art. Such as silk-screening, T-shirt design, video camera operation, spoken words and many more. Guest artists will share their personal journey in their career, advice on ways to grow in their industry, and teach a tangible art skill to get you thinking like a professional artist.
