Melissa Flower is a visual artist with a background in graphic design and illustration. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she moved to Long Beach five years ago and quickly fell in love with the creative community present in our city. Melissa partners with clients to promote messages of empowerment, education and community through art and design.

A mural created through Creative Corridor Challenge, Long Beach, CA, 2018.My concept was to illustrate how our unique methods of creative expression work together to strengthen our community. I wanted this piece to communicate that sharing our talents, passions and personal creativity results in love, respect, and positive growth.
