The Arts Council for Long Beach is partnering with City Council districts that would like to beautify neighborhoods through the installation of murals. Artists are invited to submit their ideas and qualifications for this exciting community initiative. Each artist must submit a description of the proposed mural, including the specific theme or subject matter, along with work samples showing the artist’s style.
